Working across painting and sculpture, Angus McCrum is interested in landscapes shaped by history, be they spiritual, industrial, cultural, or otherwise. His practice involves the use of found materials, from wood and stone to other objects. Birds, houses, and flowers appear throughout his work, drawn from observation and memory. Angus was born in Portsmouth, UK, lives and works in Berlin, Germany, and has an MA in Printmaking from Camberwell College of Art (2017).
