With a confident hand and a fierce eye for color, Howard Fonda’s paintings and drawings braid abstraction, representation and text into a rich, symbolic language all his own. Working directly and deliberately, Fonda strives to find meaning in the world and shares his discoveries with a knowing wink and playfulness. He is a husband and father, and lives in Arizona.
