Adam Sultan treats painting like a game, setting up different rules for experiment and play across hundreds of pieces every year. He works in a range of styles but he is consistently charmed by how color can be used to create energy and light in a painting. He lives in Manhattan with his wife and two children, and works in his studio in Jersey City. He is the founder of Visiting Artists.
